These Terms of Service ("AGB", "Terms") govern the use of the STRIKE mobile application ("the App"), developed and operated by OniLink UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Company", "we", "us").
By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope
These Terms apply to all users of STRIKE. Deviating conditions from users will not be accepted unless expressly agreed.

2. Services Provided
• STRIKE is a productivity app that allows creation, management, and analysis of tasks ("Strikes") and campaigns.
• Core features are free. Additional features may be unlocked through paid tiers (e.g., "Tactical Kit", "Full Command").
• We reserve the right to update or modify features for technical or operational reasons.

3. User Accounts
• Registration is required to access features.
• Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• We may restrict or terminate accounts in cases of misuse.

4. Subscriptions & Payments
STRIKE offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
• Tactical Kit Monthly: Unlocks advanced features including analytics, Gantt charts, and batch editing. Renews monthly.
• Tactical Kit Yearly: Same features as Tactical Kit Monthly, billed annually at a discounted rate. Renews yearly.
• Full Command Monthly: Unlocks all premium features including platform imports, advanced notifications, and data export. Renews monthly.
• Full Command Yearly: Same features as Full Command Monthly, billed annually at a discounted rate. Renews yearly.
Subscription Terms:
• Prices are displayed in your local currency in the app at time of purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions).
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Payments are processed by Apple/Google. We do not store payment data.

4.1 Pricing Changes
• We reserve the right to modify subscription prices, billing periods, or available plans at any time.
• Any price changes for existing subscriptions will follow the applicable Stripe policies, and you will receive advance notice through the store’s standard notifications.
• Continued use of the App after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers in the EU)
• EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
• By purchasing digital content for immediate use, you consent to begin execution immediately and acknowledge that your withdrawal right expires once access is provided.

6. User Obligations
Users may not:
• Use the app for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse engineer the App.
• Misuse features in ways that harm the service or other users.

7. Intellectual Property
• The App, its design, and content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
• Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the App.
• No ownership rights are transferred.

8. Liability
• We are liable for intent and gross negligence.
• For simple negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or productivity outcomes.
• Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Termination
• Users may terminate usage at any time by deleting their account.
• We may terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.
• Subscription cancellations follow the rules of Apple/Google platforms.

10. Applicable Law
• These Terms are governed by German law.
• For consumers, mandatory protection under the law of their residence country remains unaffected.
• The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

11. Dispute Resolution

• We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
