Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (OniLink UG (haftungsbeschränkt), c/o Niovi Ioannidi, Nikopoler Str. 35, 01619 Zeithain, strike@onilink.org) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. email or letter). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, no later than 14 days after the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. Refunds will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

1. You expressly agreed that we begin providing the digital content (premium features of STRIKE) before the end of the withdrawal period, and
2. You acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once execution has begun.
